Advertise your TOWN as well as your STORE. Even your competition will LOVE you for it. Of course, you use your own items and prices, but pick out merchandise you can really get a low price on.

Objective: To get your local customers to shop at home.

With all the discounters chasing after your customers with very large stores and a bigger amount of merchandise, you have to do what you can to keep them shopping at home.

I understand the average customer shopping at Walmart, Target, or KMart buys at least $50 worth each time they shop. Even your customers who live 50 or more miles away from them drive the extra miles to shop there.

YOU MUST PROMOTE AND ADVERTISE TO KEEP THEM AT HOME!
